Term 2, Week 4 Riddle

This week we are looking at the 'ar' sound in spelling. Can you find all the 'ar' sounds in this week's riddle?

A man who lives on the tenth floor takes the elevator down to the first floor every morning and goes to work. In the evening, when he come back he goes to the seventh floor and then walks up three flights of stairs to his aparment, unless it's a rainy day. Can you explain why?
